I had a great time yesterday playing for an industry reading of a fantastic new musical called ‘The Preacher’s Wife‘ by Tituss Burgess. Tituss currently stars in the very funny Netflix show ‘Unbreakable Kimmy Shmidt’ and I have known him for a number of years since we were in the Broadway show ‘Jersey Boys’. The score is a superb mix of gospel, soul and funk and was a blast to learn. Hopefully the show will be going to Broadway at some point in the not too distant future.

I recorded these tunes over 15 years ago but the tracks have been remastered and I am making them available as a downloadable EP in mp3 format (320 kbps). Six Beatles songs in a Shadows / Hank Marvin style, some of which were previously available on some Shadsfax compilation CDs years ago.
